I have tried over 20 murder cases and over a 100 serious, life-maximum, felony trials throughout Michigan, from Detroit to Cheboygan, Jackson to Grand Rapids. I have successfully negotiated pleas or outright dismissals in literally thousands of cases. I have successfully had improper evidence and confessions excluded from trials, resulting in acquittals or dismissals. I have argued cases in both the Michigan Court of Appeals and the Michigan Supreme Court.
